Health Hexagon® provides access to an AI-assisted wellbeing and self-reflection tool powered by a custom GPT model using OpenAI’s ChatGPT technology.
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.
You acknowledge that:

Health Hexagon® Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription Plans
Health Hexagon offers subscription plans that provide a defined monthly question allowance. Plans differ only by the number of questions available per calendar month.
Each plan renews automatically at the end of its billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Billing and Renewal
Monthly plans renew each month.
Annual plans renew each year.
You authorise Health Hexagon to charge the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle unless the subscription has been cancelled prior to renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member account settings.
If you cancel:

Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.

You will retain access to your plan and its associated question allowance until the end of the billing period already paid for.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not immediately remove access.
Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
If you purchase a higher-tier plan while another plan is active, the lower-tier plan may be cancelled automatically to prevent duplicate billing.
Only one paid subscription plan may be active at a time.
If you cancel a higher-tier plan but it remains valid until the end of its billing period, that plan will continue to govern your question allowance until it expires.
Question Allowances
Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of questions per calendar month.

Question allowances reset at the start of each calendar month.

Unused questions do not roll over to future months.

Question allowances are not linked to the subscription billing date.
Health Hexagon reserves the right to enforce usage limits in accordance with the selected plan.
Free Plan
The Free plan provides a limited monthly question allowance and does not require payment.
Free plans may be cancelled automatically if a paid subscription is purchased.
Changes to Plans or Pricing
Health Hexagon may modify subscription pricing or plan structure in the future. Any changes will apply only to future billing cycles and will be communicated in advance where required.
